Yum! You've excelled yourself. Looks great and undoubtedly tasted great as well.
Now, as for my dog's breakfast. : (

Jeanne

Thanks Anthony! Don't be too hard on yourself - yours was far more ambitious than mine!! Weather here is turning a bit too cold for terrines but seeing as you lucky southern hemisphere folk are heading into summer, you should try my terrine out on some unsuspecting lunch guests ;-)

Ronald

A pepper-based terrine as well. Excellent - looks wonderful.

Sam (Sixy Beast)

this terrine is so pretty!

Jeanne

Ronald - yes, great minds think alike!!

Sam - thanks for stopping by! I think even I was surprised at just how pretty my terrine turned out to be. It looked like a giant sweet - I'll definitely be making it again when I need to impress guests!

Carolyn

You have my vote for IMBB9! What a wonderful color and I know the taste will be superb!

Jeanne

Thanks Carolyn! And I can vouch for the fact that it tasted as good as it looked...
