Wish I could go... ;-)

Don't forget the cucumber slices, too - not a real Pimms without cucumber slices...

God that all takes me back. Rowing and rugby and football and cricket and all those sports they don't do in the US. Pimms and cucumber and cress sandwiches and cold roast beef with horseradish and strawberries and cream and pints of beer (or shandy) and sitting by the river on a long, late summer evening when it is still light at ten o'clock at night and walking home picking blackberries from the hedgerows and oh so many summertime in England things...

Hey there Cook sister! :) Just a note to say I FINALLY FINISHED my entry in BOOK 9!! :) Come by and check 'er out! :D

Hi there, your previous event looked great fun. I'm blogging from Leeds right tnow but am in the process of moving permanently to London and hope to join some foodies/eaters for get-togethers. I'd love to be able to join you for the REgatta if time permits during my move - is there a list already for what people are bringing etc?

Hi there Cook Sister!

So sorry I can't make the picnic but please keep me posted for future get-togethers...

Cheers,
Vivilicious

Looks interesting! Thought you may want to have a look at my site and maybe come down to Devon or tell other foodies about what I do??! www.thepicnicboat.co.uk. A one woman business.
Cheers!
From me,
Liz

Sad that I missed this event :( Then again I was not a food blogger at the time. Fingers crossed for another one, Sarah and I will be there for sure!
